Before submitting a support form, please make sure to troubleshoot your app using the following steps.

  1. Ensure you have the most recent version of the app installed on your phone.

  2. Update your personal address and banking information in the settings section.
  3. Please ensure you “Always Allow” Location Services for the Envoy App. This is required to ensure our drivers are insured when they are on valid trips, even when their app is running in the background.
