When Envoy America was born in 2015, it was more than a business—it was a personal solution to a family challenge. Juggling the needs of my aging parents and a sister with a major illness, I saw a gap in care and independence for older adults.
Our mission in Scottsdale, Arizona, began with a simple yet powerful idea: to provide not just transportation, but care, companionship, and a renewed sense of independence. We aimed to ensure that no one felt isolated or alone.
Today, Envoy America has grown beyond my initial vision. We’re not just a transportation service; we’re a vital part of our clients’ lives, enhancing their well-being. Our journey has been one of passion, learning, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Through challenges and triumphs, our belief in our mission has been our guiding star. We’re now a national force, driven by compassion and innovation, making a tangible difference in the lives of many.

“I first joined the Envoy America Team back in July of 2020. I was hired as a companion driver and took my first ride in August. At the time, I was seeking supplemental income, as Covid had affected my own business. During my first few rides, I came to realize that Envoy America was not only a business, but they possessed a passion to help others. I interacted with staff remotely, via phone, text messages and zoom calls, each time wanting to do more and more. I had completed just over 700 trips when Monica Escalante, Vice President of Operations, called to ask if I would be interested in a remote dispatch position. I would fly out to Arizona for training and then work the early mornings remotely from New Jersey. The company is big on promoting from within. I now manage the Dispatch Team some 2,004 miles from the home office in Scottsdale. Thus far it’s been an amazing ride. We continue to reach our goals, provide the best service in the industry and I’m thrilled to be a part of the Envoy America Team! “
