“The event itself was great. It leveraged technology to stream the content live to hundreds of participants using Facebook Live, who otherwise may not have been able to enjoy the presentation. The questions that the participants asked were thoughtful – I even got into the “nuts and bolts” of Envoy America. We enjoyed addressing them,” says Kanaan.
