This woman is beyond amazing. We are so pleased to have been able to meet her, and are so humbled that we continually get to serve her.
Her name is Maggie. Originally from Long Island, NY, Maggie is a retired LT. Colonel with the US Army. She served for 30 years as a nurse and nursing instructor, deployed in the Vietnam war, the first Gulf War and the Second Gulf War. So honorable her years of service, and she is so proud.
Our General Manager of Business Development loved speaking to Maggie, helping take her and her three Veteran friends to a dinner at their local American legion. She then was so honored to take Maggie to a Veteran’s day celebration, where Maggie was a guest speaker.
She was quite the firecracker! I loved talked with her. Such an inspiration.
Thank you to all the Veteran’s who fought, are and will fight for our Freedom. I pray it isn’t only one time a year we all remember our freedom came with a price and is continually paid for not only from the soldiers but their families as well. Thank you to the families of Veterans as well! Penny Karle
Penny even captured this very tender moment of Maggie after her speech. It was so amazing to see this crowd of Veterans, and the passion they feel.
