By texting OPT IN to our main phone number, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from Envoy America under the terms outlined below.

 

1. Program Description

Envoy America uses SMS messaging to provide important service-related updates to drivers and clients. These messages may include:

  • Trip offers and dispatch details for drivers
  • Arrival time notifications and trip updates for clients
  • Urgent service alerts and operational changes
  • Company announcements and support follow-ups

Message frequency may vary depending on your role and activity.

 

2. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Please consult your provider for details.

 

3. Opt-In Process

To opt in, text OPT IN to our main line: 480-584-5894.
This action provides express consent to receive SMS messages related to Envoy America’s transportation services.

We do not use shared lists or third-party opt-ins. Your opt-in is specific to Envoy America and handled securely.

 

4. Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

5. Privacy & Data Use

Envoy America does not share or sell opt-in data or SMS consent to third parties for marketing or promotional use. Mobile numbers and related information are only used for operational communication and campaign functionality.

In line with CTIA Messaging Principles, a third party is any entity not directly involved in message delivery (e.g., carriers or messaging platforms). Opt-in status and message data are not shared outside of those necessary to operate the campaign.

6. Changes to These Terms

Envoy America reserves the right to update these terms. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Companion Driver Requirements

Age: You should be between 23 and 70 years of age.

Commitment to Safety: Undergo a comprehensive multi-agency background check, including drug testing (requirements vary by state).

Clean Driving Record: A history of safe and responsible driving.

Reliable Vehicle: Own a 4-door vehicle that is not more than 10 years old.

Frequently Asked Questions

Trips are sent directly to the Envoy America Companion Driver App. You are able to view all trip details including passenger name, contact information, pickup and drop off address, compensation and more!

You get paid for your completed trips. Your earnings will automatically be transferred to your bank account weekly on Tuesdays for the previous Monday through Sunday.

The compensation amounts for trips vary on a number of factors including time in transit, waiting time on the client and distance of the trip. You will always see the trip compensation amount ahead of the trip in the Envoy America Driver Companion App.

As a 1099 Driver, you control your availability. The majority of our trips are scheduled in advance so you’ll always know ahead of time when there are rides.

Typically, filling out basic information (like your mobile phone number, driver’s license, and other documents) takes less than 20 minutes. Then a few more things need to happen: Background check and Motor Vehicle Report: Safety is our top priority, so we’ll need to run a background check to review your driving history. This can take a few days to be completed.

Envoy America Drivers are trusted companions who provide an elevated level of care and service to our clients. Some clients need extra assistance due to use of a walker, cane or other medical device. We always meet the client at their door, walk them to the vehicle, and ensure they are secured and comfortable once inside the vehicle. Upon arriving at the client’s destination, Drivers assist the client from the vehicle to their scheduled appointment.

Yes! Flexibility is one of the many attractive benefits of driving for Envoy America. Our clients are depending on us to get them to their scheduled appointments, so if you do accept a trip, you are expected to fulfill the trip.
