Another year has come and gone, and while we know 2016 may have been a more “stressful” year than others, Envoy America was happy to be there to help. We’re so blessed by all that has occurred this past year, and we want to share some of those items with you today.

Here’s Our Year in Review.

– We have served over 500 seniors AND patients in 2016

– The majority, if not all of them, are repeat clients

– Most clients average 2 trips per week, at approx. 2 hours per trip

– We are proud to say that, once a senior or patient has tried the service, they always come back.

The Rides of 2016

We are proud to say that we have given over 3000 rides in 2016 alone!

We have taken clients from Scottsdale to Tucson for eye surgery, Phoenix to Lake Havasu after a hospital stay, Sun City to Globe. We have helped a lady go to Tucson to get her passport renewed in one way, and have enjoyed taking seniors to attend the Art Walk in downtown Scottsdale at night, and a Van Hallen concert in downtown Phoenix (rock on!)

We were delighted to drive over 30 seniors one evening to attend the Chabbad Dinner at the Smile on Seniors organization. We were honored to drive several US Veterans to an American Legion dinner.

Partnerships from 2016

Where to start! We are so happy at how many businesses & organizations have found that we are a great solution for them, filling a gap often not even realized.

– We love, really love, our partnership with the American Cancer Society (ACS). ACS does so much to help people during tough times. We are glad to be part of what they do. Our partnership is helping ACS save 20%-50% on their transportation costs (compared to a taxi or ridesharing services), plus we deliver better service to their patients. Our business model and cost structure is enabling ACS to help more patients. We are proud of that.

– We are honored that we were chosen by Mr./Mrs. Jablin and Rabbi Levertov earlier in the year to start the Smile on Seniors ride program. With their guidance and support, the program helped hundreds of seniors in the Phoenix metropolitan area stay independent, healthy and socially active. The program has transitioned to the Jewish Federation in September this year and continues to provide the same benefits to the seniors.

– We are really excited about our partnership with Royal Oaks Senior Living Community in Sun City. The initial analysis done by the Royal Oaks management team shows that Envoy America is providing 20%+ cost savings to their residents, on top of the personalized service that isn’t available from other outside transportation providers.

– We are proud to be helping Faith Presbyterian Church and its members solve one of their biggest challenges that used to prevent members from coming to church. Not only we are providing consistent, better and more reliable service, but we are also helping Faith Presbyterian Church extend its budget.

Giving Back

We want to be stewards of the community, and seek to do this in as many ways as possible. It just the right thing to do. We’ve been very fortunate to be able to donate to the American Cancer Society and the Jewish Federation Senior Rides program.
