I first joined the Envoy America Team back in July of 2020. I was hired as a companion driver and took my first ride in August. At the time, I was seeking supplemental income, as Covid had affected my own business.
During my first few rides, I came to realize that Envoy America was not only a business, but they possessed a passion to help others. I interacted with staff remotely, via phone, text messages and Zoom calls, each time wanting to do more and more.
I had completed just over 700 trips when Monica Escalante, Vice President of Operations, called to ask if I would be interested in a remote dispatch position. I would fly out to Arizona for training and then work the early mornings remotely from New Jersey.
The company is big on promoting from within. I now manage the Dispatch Team some 2,004 miles from the home office in Scottsdale. Thus far it’s been an amazing ride. We continue to reach our goals, provide the best service in the industry and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Envoy America Team!Frank Burke
